The licence

Swing Season is licensed to you under Apple’s standard licence for apps from the App Store, the Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Those are the terms of use. The two additions below, community rules and safety, are part of them.

Community rules

Your handle shows on the Tour board. Before your first handle saves, the app asks you to agree to one rule:

Keep it clean: no offensive handles or content. Reports are acted on.

To report a handle or anything else you see in the app, write to contact@greenjacketlabs.dev with the handle and where you saw it.

Swing safely

The app asks you to swing a real club at a real ball, often indoors. Check these before you hit.

• Clear room to swing. Nothing within reach of a full swing: walls, lights, the ceiling.
• Nobody in front or beside. Keep people and pets away from the ball and out of your swing.
• Net secured. Tie the net down so a ball can’t get past it.
• The ball goes where the club sends it. Mishits included. Hit toward the net only.

Subscriptions

The Range and the launch monitor are free. Rounds on the courses take a subscription, Swing Season Rounds: $14.99 a month or $99.99 a year. There is no free trial.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it any time in your Apple ID settings: Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions.
